1. What Unilytics Provides

Unilytics aggregates publicly available and third-party Uniswap v3 and v4 pool data, organizes pools by pair type, and lets users filter pools by protocol version, network, total value locked, volume, and fee tier. We may display 1-day, 7-day, and 30-day APR figures, estimated daily income, and links that send users to Uniswap or other third-party interfaces.

Unilytics is an informational analytics tool. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice. We do not custody assets, execute trades, provide liquidity on your behalf, manage wallets, or control any Uniswap pool or smart contract.

2. No Investment Advice

Any pool ranking, APR, estimate, calculator output, label, filter, or other information on Unilytics is provided for research and educational purposes only. Nothing on Unilytics is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow, bridge, swap, or provide liquidity for any crypto asset or pool.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether a pool, token, network, wallet, smart contract, liquidity position, or trading strategy is appropriate for you. Before acting on any information, you should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. APRs and Income Estimates

Our APR figures and income calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs, assumptions, and historical data available to us at the time they are generated. For example, a 1-day APR is an annualized estimate based on the prior 1 day of trade volume and TVL for a pool. A 7-day APR and 30-day APR use longer historical lookback periods.

These numbers are not guarantees, promises, projections, or typical results. Actual results can differ materially because of price movement, impermanent loss, pool composition, changes in volume, liquidity concentration, fee tier, network conditions, gas costs, slippage, token incentives, smart contract risk, rebalancing behavior, and other variables.

4. Accounts, Trials, and Subscriptions

Some Unilytics features require an account. To access 7-day APRs, 30-day APRs, and the income calculator, you may be required to start a 7-day free trial with a valid credit card. After the free trial, the subscription renews at $97 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends or before the next billing period.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account or billing portal when available.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to promptly update it if it changes.

5. Third-Party Services

Unilytics may link to or rely on third-party websites, protocols, blockchains, RPC providers, indexing services, wallets, analytics providers, payment processors, and decentralized exchanges, including Uniswap. These services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, fees, terms, transactions, smart contracts, or losses.

When you click through to Uniswap or another third-party service, your use of that service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding those terms before interacting with the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Unilytics for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit paid data without permission.
• Use Unilytics in a way that violates sanctions, securities laws, or other applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Unilytics, including its design, software, data presentation, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Unilytics for your own internal research purposes.

You retain ownership of information you submit to us, but you grant us the right to use it as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve Unilytics.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Unilytics at any time. Pool data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by third-party outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular pool, network, token, feature, or data source will remain available.

9. Disclaimers

Unilytics is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that you will earn income, avoid losses, find profitable pools, or achieve any particular result by using Unilytics. Crypto assets and decentralized finance involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds you deploy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureCraft LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, lost opportunities, or loss of crypto assets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Unilytics will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FutureCraft LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Unilytics, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your interactions with third-party protocols, wallets, tokens, pools, or services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Unilytics if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could expose us to legal or operational harm.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Unilytics after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
