Earnings Disclaimer

Last updated: May 26, 2026

This Earnings Disclaimer applies to Unilytics, operated by FutureCraft LLC. It explains important limits on any APRs, calculator outputs, income estimates, examples, rankings, pool data, or other performance-related information shown on Unilytics.

No Guaranteed Results

Any income, yield, fee, APR, or earnings figure shown on Unilytics is an estimate of potential performance only. There is no assurance or guarantee that you will earn the amount shown, earn anything at all, avoid losses, or achieve results similar to any figure displayed on the site.

Your reliance on any figure presented by Unilytics is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any liquidity position, pool, asset, range, network, or strategy is appropriate for you.

How APRs Are Estimated

Unilytics may display 1-day, 7-day, and 30-day APRs for Uniswap v3 and v4 pools. A 1-day APR is an annualized estimate of the return that a typical liquidity provider in that pool may have earned from fees based on the previous 1 day of trade volume and TVL. The 7-day and 30-day APRs use the same general concept over longer historical lookback periods.

Annualizing short-term historical data can make results look larger, smoother, or more stable than they actually are. A pool that had high volume yesterday may have low volume tomorrow. A pool that looked attractive over 30 days may become unattractive after a price move, liquidity shift, fee change, token event, incentive change, or market regime change.

Income Calculator Limits

Unilytics may let you enter a deposit amount and price range to estimate daily income for a pool. Calculator outputs are hypothetical and depend on the assumptions, historical data, pool state, price range, fee tier, and deposit amount used at the time of calculation.

Calculator outputs do not guarantee the income your position will earn. They may not fully account for impermanent loss, price movement, out-of-range liquidity, token volatility, concentrated liquidity mechanics, active rebalancing, gas fees, failed transactions, slippage, taxes, smart contract risk, MEV, oracle issues, bridge risk, or changes in pool liquidity and volume.

Past Performance Is Not Predictive

Past trade volume, TVL, fees, APR, pool activity, or token performance should not be interpreted as common, typical, expected, normal, or likely future performance. Any specific example, testimonial, pool result, or historical return may be exceptional, incomplete, or no longer relevant by the time you see it.

DeFi markets change quickly. Results depend on many variables that we do not control, including user behavior, token prices, liquidity migration, protocol changes, incentive programs, network congestion, hacks, exploits, governance actions, regulatory events, and broader market conditions.

Liquidity Provision Is Risky

Providing liquidity to Uniswap pools and other decentralized finance protocols involves material risk. You can lose money, including your entire deployed capital. Risks include impermanent loss, adverse selection, volatile token prices, smart contract bugs, protocol exploits, malicious tokens, rug pulls, oracle failures, chain reorganizations, bridge failures, wallet compromise, user error, failed transactions, tax consequences, and regulatory uncertainty.

Stablecoin pools are not risk-free. Stablecoins can depeg, become illiquid, be frozen, lose backing, experience issuer failure, or become subject to regulatory or technical events. BTC, ETH, altcoin, and mixed-asset pools can be highly volatile and may involve additional token-specific risks.

Informational Purposes Only

Unilytics is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, trading, or portfolio management advice. We do not recommend that you provide liquidity to any particular pool, token pair, network, protocol version, price range, or fee tier.

Before making any financial decision, you should perform your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals where appropriate. You should only use capital you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Protocols and Data

Unilytics may use blockchain data, third-party data sources, and links to third-party interfaces such as Uniswap. We do not control those protocols, interfaces, wallets, networks, tokens, smart contracts, data providers, or transactions. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, fees, execution, or outcomes.

Your Responsibility

By using Unilytics, you acknowledge that you understand the limitations of APRs, calculator outputs, historical data, and hypothetical examples. You agree that FutureCraft LLC is not responsible for the success or failure of your liquidity, trading, tax, business, or investment decisions.
